COMMUNITY
CARE PROGRAM
HOW CAN WE HELP
YOU?
The Community Care
Program was formed to help parishioners who have needs that often go unmet
by other community agencies.
SERVICES
PROVIDED:
Someone to come
and spend an hour or so visiting a homebound person. Will shop and
deliver groceries for a sick or homebound person. Can drive you to
the doctor, the store or to church.
Will call to
decrease loneliness and increase socialization. We can help with
some light yard work.
We can help
with light house work when you are sick or bedridden. We can
arrange babysitting if you are ill or confined to bed. We will provide
a home cooked meal for someone who is ill. We also have volunteers
who speak Spanish, German and are fluent in Sign Language.
Please call
Judy Melville, Human Concerns Coordinator, at 847-541-1450, if we can be of any assistance.
